Kitchen remodels
New sink location, a pot filler, a second prep sink, an island with a drain, upgraded disposal, a fridge water line, or a switch to gas cooking — kitchens add up fast on the plumbing side. We run and relocate the lines, make sure the island drains and vents correctly, and coordinate with your cabinet and counter install.
Bathroom remodels
Converting a tub to a curbless shower, moving the vanity, adding a freestanding tub, or relocating the toilet all change the drain and supply layout. We handle the rough-in and finish set and flag anything in the existing drains or venting that needs to be corrected while the walls are open.
Upgrade old pipes while it's open
Open walls or floors can make some plumbing easier to inspect and access, but an upgrade is not automatically justified. We identify visible material, condition, connections, and project interfaces, then separate required corrections from optional work with its own scope and price.
Plan the plumbing early
