Our story
Honest business, done the old-fashioned way.
At Pipedex, we know plumbing problems can be a real pain in the drain. So we aim to diagnose and fix the disaster before you can say “burst pipe.”
Our owners, Sergey and Alex, moved from Russia and Ukraine to Massachusetts in the early ’90s. It was there that they discovered their passion for plumbing and honed their skills in the trade. The Pipedex brand began serving Southwest Florida in 2021, and Sergey and Alex partnered in 2022 to keep building it locally.
Backed by a licensed and insured company, our field crew brings the tools and trade experience needed to diagnose the job, explain the options, and keep the work area clean. Transparency is key: you approve the known scope and price before work starts, with no decoder ring required to understand your bill.
