Underground, rough-in, and finish
We handle each phase — sleeving and setting the under-slab drain and supply lines before the pour, running and pressure-testing the rough-in inside the framing, and setting the final fixtures, water heater, and connections at finish. Each phase has its own inspection, and we prepare our work for review and address any required corrections that come up.
Built for Florida from the start
Underground and under-slab work depends on the approved plans, geotechnical and site conditions, utilities, elevation, code, materials, fixture demand, and inspections. Pipe routing, cleanout access, sleeves, drainage, and equipment choices should be coordinated before the pour because later changes can require additional access and restoration.
Working with builders
As a plumbing subcontractor we coordinate with your other trades and your schedule so plumbing stays coordinated with framing, the slab, and drywall. We aim to show up for our phases on schedule, communicate clearly about what we need and when, and help keep the project moving.
Permitting and inspections
We pull the right permits, build to current Florida code, and schedule and meet the inspections for each phase. You get a system that's documented and inspected — not a question mark behind the walls — which also matters when it's time to sell.
