Residential Plumber & Service Technician

Role summary

This role is for an experienced plumber who can diagnose, service, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Respond to plumbing and drainage service calls with clear diagnosis and repair options.
• Use hand and power tools safely while following building codes and safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Work independently while knowing when to bring in support before a problem grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field plumbing experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting.
• Comfort with sewer and drain cleaning, camera inspections, water treatment, and gas systems is helpful.
• Valid U.S. driver license with satisfactory driving history.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
