Role summary
This role handles rough-ins, re-drains, re-pipes, fixture sets, and trim-outs across remodel and new construction projects in Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities
- Perform first roughs, second roughs, and trim-outs for remodel and new construction work.
- Install and reconfigure water distribution and DWV systems using PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
- Complete attic re-pipes, cast iron sewer re-drains, underground access work, and fixture connections.
- Read job layouts, coordinate with other trades, document work performed, and keep job sites clean.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, project leads, and teammates when the work changes in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience, preferably in remodeling or construction.
- Solid understanding of water supply, drainage, venting, code, and job site safety.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, tight spaces, and active construction conditions.
- Valid U.S. driver license with clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
